“Molecular Mechanisms of Chromosome Folding and Enhancer Wiring”
Abstract: I will discuss how cohesin proteins tune chromosomes folding patterns inside cells and how this enables long-range regulation by transcriptional enhancers in pluripotency and during cell differentiation.
Hosts: Evgeny Kvon, Arthur Lander, Anne Calof
Seminar will be held in person only.
