“Cell and developmental biology in different contexts”
Abstract: We use a wide range of tools and model organisms in our research. Guided by our interest in the cell biology underpinning of organism development and function, we aim to understand how microtubules contribute to cell division, how lamins facilitate genome organization during development, and how animals develop the endosymbiotic lifestyle with algae. I will summarize our past findings and highlight our unpublished studies in each of the three areas.
