Bio Sci MSP Students Excel at Science Meeting

Four School of Biological Sciences Minority Science Programs (MSP) undergraduates were awarded for their outstanding research presentations at the 2017 American Association for the Advancement of Sciences (AAAS) annual meeting in Boston, Massachusetts. The AAAS is the world’s largest general scientific society, and host undergraduates from major institutions around the world for their annual meeting. The winners, Michelle Kalu, Betsy Juarez, Nicholas Ramirez and Marlene Tagle were also honored in the March issue of Science magazine, and on the AAAS website for their accomplishments.
